The sanitary device has a hanging pool shell to be fastened and two bolt-like wall holders for fastening. A holder is provided which has a transverse through hole in longitudinal direction of the wall holders for receiving one of the wall holder and a threaded relative to the mounting position. The threaded hole is arranged perpendicular to transverse through hole for receiving a locking screw and is accessible from below in the mounting position. An independent claim is also included for a holder for fastening a sanitary device with a pool shell to a wall.
