Disclosed is a collection and detection integrated device with a mis-assembling prevention structure. The device comprises: a detector (1), a plug (7) detachably provided inside the detector (1), a collector (3) detachably accommodated inside the detector (1), a faeces sampling member (4) and a cushion block (5) used for detachably sealing the collector (3), and a piercing part (15) provided on a bottom surface (10) of the detector (1) for piercing the collector (3). The plug (7) and the collector (3) are accommodated in parallel inside the detector (1), and the collector (3) is located between the plug (7) and the detector (1). A first outer side surface (31) of the collector (3) is adjacent to an inner side wall of the detector (1), and a second outer side surface (32) of the collector (3) is adjacent to the plug (7). The first outer side surface (31) of the collector (3) and the second outer side surface (32) of the collector (3) are of an asymmetric structure. The device solves the problem that the side of the collector to which a bar code is adhered is mis-assembled into the side of the detector closely attached to the plug, and also prevents the bar code from being mistakenly adhered.
