<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant control device capable of realizing an energy saving/power saving operation. <P>SOLUTION: A plant control device includes: a plant monitoring control device body 110 having controllers 111-114; a process input-output device 130 for connecting the controllers 111-114 and plant apparatuses 121-124; a database 103 storing programs to be executed by the controllers 111-114; and a controller management device 100 connected to the controllers 111-114. According to a load factor of a first controller, importance of a program executed by the first controller and importance of currently used data, the controller management device 100 determines whether or not to shift the processing executed by the first controller to a second controller according to the load factor. Then the controller management device 100 installs the program being executed by the first computer into the second controller from the database 103 and makes the program executed by the second controller, and stops the first controller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
