<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an H bridge circuit that can prevent the occurrence of a reverse current without sacrificing rotation efficiency when applied to a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The H bridge circuit includes: an H bridge 1 comprising MOS transistors Tr1-Tr4; current monitor circuits 2, 3; and a control circuit 4. The current monitor circuits 2, 3 each detect a current flowing through a coil 5, and output a signal depending on the detection as current determination signals MONI1, MONI2. The control circuit 4 generates control signals PG1, PG2, NG1, NG2 to control on/off the MOS transistors Tr1, Tr2 on the basis of a switching signal HALL to switch the direction of energization of the coil 5 and the current determination signals MONI1, MONI2 output from the current monitor circuits 2, 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
