PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide existing pile mixed type pile foundation structure improved so as to be capable of restraining stress intensity of an existing pile to be reused at lower than an allowable value by making the existing pile share only horizontal force. SOLUTION: Existing pile mixed type pile foundation structure is to fundamentally interpose a cushioning material not to transmit axial stress between a foundation plate 3 and an existing pile 1 by constituting it by mixing the existing pile 1 and a new pile 2 in the foundation plate 3. Materially, a clearance is formed between an upper end of the existing pile 1 and a bottom part of a bottom hole by providing the bottomed hole on the foundation plate 3, and a clearance is formed between the upper end of the existing pile 1 and an upper surface of the foundation plate 3 by providing a through hole on the foundation plate 3 and fitting the existing pile 1 into the hole.
