PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base film for a decoration sheet excellent in weather resistance and free from yellowing even in the case of the irradiation of ionizing radiation such as electron ray orγ-ray. SOLUTION: In a mono-layered or poly-layered film of a thermoplastic resin, at least one selected from the ultraviolet-absorber of 2-[2-hydroxy-3-(3,4,5,6- tetrahydrophthalimidomethyl)-5-octylphenyl]benzotriazole and 2-[4,6-bis(2,4- dimethylphenyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]-5-(octyloxy)phenol is added to at least one layer.
