PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizer contracting an installation space and reducing an installation cost, and a vulcanizing system using the vulcanizer, not requiring an excess space and not lowering the rate of operation. SOLUTION: More than one stages of vulcanizing presses, each of which constitutes a mold assembly consisting of a mold, a tire and a core, and shelves, on which the molds are temporarily placed at the time of replacement of the molds, are arranged up and down in a superposed state and one mold opening/ closing device displaced up and down is arranged adjacent to both of them.
