PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device fitted with a sucking sponge which sucks entirely a material liquid remaining in the bottom of a material can and prevents a wasteful disposal and a rash due to manual work, and enabling suction and extraction of the liquid without staining the hand. SOLUTION: The open-cell sponge 1 is fitted to the device of a thrust-in plate 2 which is connected to a suction hose 4 transferring high-viscosity printing ink or the like to a printing machine from the material can 9 and is operated arbitrarily vertically.
