摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously store lithium ion of an amount required for supplementing irreversible capacity of a negative electrode active material to the negative electrode active material by an electrochemical method using a non-aqueous electrolytic solution. <P>SOLUTION: Lithium ion dissolved in an non-aqueous electrolytic solution 25 is made to be stored in an active material layer by using an electrode 27 which is inactive to lithium ion supply. A non-aqueous electrolytic solution of the same composition as the non-aqueous electrolytic solution 25 is supplied to an electrolytic jar 24, and the non-aqueous electrolytic solution 25 of the same amount as the supplied amount is removed from the electrolytic jar 24.
