The cycle pedal drive includes a shaft to be rotated on which are mounted two pedal cranks (2) with pedals (1). The pedal cranks are capable of transferring force to the shaft when the cranks are moved in one direction and of moving freely with respect to the shaft when moved in the opposite direction.
