The present invention relates to a separator and a fuel cell stack including the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a separator comprising: a first plate having a first side, a second side arranged in the opposite direction of the first side, and a plurality of first channels protruding from the first side toward the second side in order to provide a space for the flow of a first fluid; and a second plate having a first side facing to the second side of the first plate, a second side arranged in the opposite direction of the first side, and a plurality of second channels protruding from the second side toward the first side in order to provide a space for the flow of a second fluid, wherein the first plate and the second plate are arranged to allow the first channels to come into contact with the first side of the second plate and the second channels to come into contact with the second side of the first plate.
