PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution and improve a mounting ability to an engine. SOLUTION: This engine oil supply device comprises: a cylinder block oil feeding passage 2, a cylinder head oil feeding passage 3; a circulating passage 4; a fixed restriction 49 arranged between an inlet 2a of the cylinder block oil feeding passage 2 and an inlet 3a of the cylinder head oil feeding passage 3, in the circulating passage 4; and a relief valve 6. The circulating passage 4 connects an oil reservoir 40, an oil pump 41, the inlets 2a, 3a in series in this order, and returns to the oil reservoir 40. The relief valve 6 carries out relief operation when an oil pressure at a passage part between the fixed restriction 49 and the inlet 2a of the cylinder head oil feeding passage 2, in the circulating passage 4, is higher than a relief set pressure. The fixed restriction 49 narrows an oil amount at a part of passage on a more downstream side than the inlet 2a of the cylinder block oil feeding passage 2 to thereby reduce the oil amount supplied to the cylinder head oil feeding passage 3.
