<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, when a second HDD is newly attached in a state where a first HDD is already attached, rebuilding from being executed for the newly attached HDD before a password is set for the newly attached HDD. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus is connected to a first storage device and a second storage device via a storage control device.
