PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player which can reduce its size and simplify its configuration without damaging the disk. SOLUTION: The disk is carried by power of the loading motor transmitted to the roller through the operating means and a clutch. The guide rack plate engages with the gear of the operating means by the moving power of the disk and the guide rack plate is moved by the power of the loading motor and engages the slider with the gear of the operating means. By moving the slider, the clutch is disengaged from the power transmission path, the roller is separated from the disk, and the clamper is moved to the position to clamp the disk.
