PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation body unit which inhibits a restriction position from changing over time in a thrust direction, and to provide an image formation device.SOLUTION: A step 101a1 serving as thrust movement restriction means is formed at one end side of a rotation shaft member 101a of a first cleaning brush roller 101 which is a rotation member. The step 101a1 is butted with an inner ring part 144a of a first ball bearing 144, which is provided on a side plate 124b at the one end side and receives the rotation shaft member 101a, to restrict movement of the first cleaning brush roller 101 in a thrust direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
