PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film that can achieve antistatic properties and temporal stability of a peeling electrification voltage, and to provide an optical member.SOLUTION: A surface protective film comprises a substrate having a first surface and a second surface, an antistatic layer provided on the first surface of the substrate, and an adhesive layer formed of an adhesive composition on the second surface of the substrate. The antistatic layer is formed of an antistatic agent composition containing polyaniline sulfonic acid and polythiophenes doped with polyanions as conductive polymer components and containing a binder. The mixed ratio (mass ratio) of the polyaniline sulfonic acid to the polythiophenes doped with the polyanions is from 90:10 to 10:90. The polythiophenes are preferably poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) and the polyanions are preferably polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSS).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
