PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma generation element that has flexibility and can improve the degree of freedom of installation.SOLUTION: A plasma generation element 1 comprises a plurality of conductive wire parts 20 which are arranged in parallel to each other and a plurality of insulation coating parts 30 which insulate and coat the plurality of conductive wire parts 20, and the plurality of insulation coating parts 30 are provided to a predetermined length in an extension direction of the plurality of conductive wire parts 20 so as to form gaps R in which plasma can be generated between adjacent insulation coating parts 30, so that a plasma generation part is constituted with a plurality of conductive wire parts 20 and a plurality of insulation coating parts 30 of parts covered with the plurality of insulation coating parts 30. The plurality of conductive wire parts 20 and the plurality of insulation coating parts 30 each have flexibility, and generate potential differences between adjacent conductive wire parts 20, so that the plasma generation part can generate plasma.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
