PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate miniaturization of pixels in a backside illumination type solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion film photoelectrically converts light of a predetermined wavelength in each of a plurality of pixels arranged in a two-dimensional lattice pattern and transmits light having a wavelength different from the predetermined wavelength. A photoelectric conversion unit photoelectrically converts light transmitted through the photoelectric conversion film in each of the plurality of pixels. A charge accumulation unit accumulates electric charges photoelectrically converted by the photoelectric conversion unit of a predetermined number of pixels in a pixel block including a predetermined number of adjacent pixels among a plurality of pixels. A plurality of through electrodes are arranged at intervals wider than a pixel pitch of the predetermined number of pixels in the pixel block.
