PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing changes in electric characteristics due to influence of external stress when the device is subjected to the external stress.SOLUTION: A crystal device comprises: a crystal piece 121 composed of a flat plate part 122, a first columnar part 123a and a second columnar part 123b provided so as to be parallel to and face one prescribed side of a lower surface of the flat plate part 122, a third columnar 123c provided so as to sandwich the flat plate part 122 between itself and the first columnar part 123a, and a fourth columnar 123d provided so as to sandwich the flat plate part 122 between itself and the second columnar part 123b; an excitation electrode part 125 provided in the flat plate part 122; a lead-out part provided on a lower surface of a columnar part 123; a wiring part 127 electrically connected to the excitation electrode part 125 and the lead-out part 126; a substrate part 110 provided with a mounting pad 111; a conductive adhesive 141 provided between the mounting pad 111 and the lead-out part 126; and a lid 130 bonded to an upper surface of the substrate part 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
