PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrifying device capable of stably and highly reliably electrifying a body to be electrified. SOLUTION: The body 10 to be electrified is rotated in the direction of arrow 1, and when an electrifying member is energized after a certain time, an electric charge is moved by passing through a current path such as from a power source 30 to a conductive supporting body 21 to a conductive layer (in-plane direction movement) 23 and to a resistance layer (thickness direction movement) 24, and electrostatic attracting force works between the surface of film 22 and the conductive substrate 11 of the body 10. The film 22 follows the body 10 by this force, and is brought into press-contact. Then, the electric charge is moved to the surface of the body 10, and the body 10 is electrified. |
