PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide revetment blocks also functioning as a man-made fish- gathering place by effectively utilizing used tires as industrial wastes compared to the conventional revetment blocks which looked really inorganic and had only the function as revetment without good appearance. SOLUTION: A used tire as an industrial waste is recycled by arranging steel bars inside the tire so as to form rings projected out from tire side surface in four directions with the inside of tire filled with concrete and arranging a plurality of tires in a row. And the rings at the surface where the rings come into contact with each other are connected together with coupling fittings, and other rings are fixed to the river bed by driving piles vertically through the rings.
