PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having FXa inhibiting action in the prevention and/or treatment of thrombotic diseases caused by the activation of blood coagulation mechanism such as thrombosis/embolism accompanying to cardiovascular diseases, thrombosis/embolism accompanying to cerebrovascular diseases and thrombosis/embolism accompanying to venous diseases. SOLUTION: The compound is expressed by general formula (I) (R<SP>1</SP>is a substituent; R<SP>2</SP>is a substituent; the ring A is a (substituted) cyclic group; the ring B is a (substituted) cyclic group; W is a (substituted) spacer having 1-5 atoms in the main chain; Y is a (substituted) spacer having 1-5 atoms in the main chain; and n is 0 or an integer of 1-8).
