PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device for compact soaked granular raw material of simple structure capable of surely draining water from the soaked raw material, while shortening a passage between a soaking process and a following process such as a steaming process as much as possible, and appropriate for mechanization/automation of a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The transfer device A is composed of a transfer passage 2 for receiving the soaked raw material and soaking water discharged from a soaking tank in the base end thereof and provided with a water passing opening so that the soaking water fall and for sending the soaked raw material from a tip thereof; a support 3 for fixing the transfer passage 2; and a vibrator 4 fitted to the support 3 to apply vibration to the soaked raw material in the direction for moving the soaked raw material from the base end side to the tip side in relation to the transfer passage 2.
