PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device for a camera constituted to suitably adjust the individual difference of the actuation speed of a shutter blade in a final assembly stage, and which is suitable for miniaturization. SOLUTION: A motor frame 2 where a yoke 5 is attached to a bobbin part 2a round which a coil 3 is wound and a permanent magnet rotor 4 is rotatably attached to a rotor attaching shaft 2e is attached to a base plate 1 by screws 6 and 7. The shutter blade 8 is rotatably attached to the blade attaching shaft 1e of the base plate 1, and the driving pin 4c of the permanent magnet rotor 4 is fit in the slot 8a of the shutter blade 8. When the motor frame 2 is guided and moved by moving direction regulation parts 1b and 1c, the fit position of the driving pin 4c in the slot 8a is changed, whereby the actuation speed of the shutter blade 8 can be adjusted.
