PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which does not require periodic re-calibration for measuring and controlling both the supply of the liquid amount and the liquid flow rate. SOLUTION: The method for supplying a certain kind of liquid by a specific amount or at constant flow rate is disclosed. According to one embodiment, the difference in height between an intake port and an exhaust port is kept by an adjustable pipe assembly. An overflow assembly is provided, thereby preventing overflowing liquid from entering a container, and maintaining the liquid at a specific level. A valve serves in the intake port.
