PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor usable in image exposure by a single wavelength light source of≥750 nm, whose potential after exposure can be set to low, and also having high sensitivity, a wide sensitivity selective range, high durability and high reliability, and to provide electrophotographic equipment and a process cartridge using the same. SOLUTION: The surface of an electrically conductive support (11) is successively provided with: a charge generation layer (15) comprising a phthalocyanine pigment which has sensitivity at the single wavelength of≥750 nm, an unsymmetrical disazo pigment which has a specified structure and does not have sensitivity at the single wavelength of≥750 nm and a polymer composed of monomers with a specified structure and/or a copolymer composed of the monomer which has a specified structure and/or the other compound; and a charge transport layer (17), so as to form an electrophotographic photoreceptor.
