PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of early treating an abnormal part by monitoring an inside of a cover arranged in the periphery of a clip running in a tenter to identify a scattering place of a lubricant in the cover or a part to which a foreign material adheres.SOLUTION: The monitoring device in the clip cover monitors the inside of a clip cover 4 covering the clip of a tenter device, and includes: photographing means 8 which is installed in a clip 7 or in a constitution member in the clip cover moving at a speed equal to that of the clip, and photographs the inside of the clip cover; transmission means which is arranged in the photographing means and transmits an image of the inside of the clip cover photographed by the photographing means to the outside of the tenter device; and display means which is installed outside the tenter device to display the image transmitted from the transmission means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
