PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal diaper with a shrinking action of a stretching/contracting material which prevents distortion on the waist opening part and crumbling the outer side of the diaper, and to provide a method for manufacturing the diaper and a manufacturing device thereof.SOLUTION: A waste stretching/contracting material 51, which is arranged on a waste part of a disposal diaper, is provided on a width-direction center part of a front body side or a back body side of the disposal diaper in a discontinuous manner, so that distortion on the waist opening part 4 can be prevented by the effect of the shrinking action of the waste stretching/contracting material 51.
