PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device 1 with exposure of a power supplying cable suppressed.SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 includes light-emittng elements 8 arranged in a straight tube body 4, a pair of bottomed cylindrical parts 3a for sealing both ends of the straight tube body 4, a device side connector 6 which is arranged on a side part of the one of the bottomed cylindrical parts 3a and can be connected to a power source side connector for supplying power to the light-emitting element 8, and grooves 5a, 5b arranged along a circumferential direction on the side part of the bottomed cylindrical part 3a. The grooves 5a, 5b are arranged on both sides of the device side connector 6. Each of the ends of the groove 5a, 5b is arranged in the vicinity of the device side connector 6, and the other end of each of the grooves 5a, 5b is facing mutually on the side part of the bottomed cylindrical parts 3a. The grooves 5a, 5b have shallower depths as they go apart from the device side connector 6. On the bottom face of each of the bottomed cylindrical parts 3a, there is arranged a locking part 2d, and the locking part 2d is made mountable to a fixture to which a straight tube fluorescent lamp can be mounted. |
