A fuel door opening apparatus of a vehicle is provided to prevent the gap difference of a fuel door about a side outer from being generated. A fuel door opening apparatus of a vehicle is composed of a fuel door(10) which is opened and closed in a fuel hole housing, a fuel cap handle(30), a fuel cap(20) opened and closed in a screw-type in the filler neck through the rotation of the fuel cap handle, an elastic supporting unit(50) supporting the fuel cap handle to the outside of fuel door, and a lock unit(60) which restricts the fuel cap handle in order to be maintained inside the fuel door. The fuel door is rotatably connected to the fuel hole housing at one side. The elastic supporting unit is located between the fuel cap handle and the fuel cap.
