Provided are a video processing method, a video processing device and a display device. The method comprises: acquiring an editing rule configured by a user; according to marker indication information comprised in the editing rule, extracting video segments indicated by various pieces of marker indication information from a video segment library; and executing editing processing on the extracted video segments. The present invention can extract a video segment according to marker information and edit same, and the operation thereof is simple.
