PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a lightweight rod made of a carbon rod is used for a long rod, but the carbon rod is not easily purchased due to a price of 10 times or more that of a rod made of a glass rod and the tip (about 50 cm to 1 m) of the rod is placed in water so that a fishing line is not soppy (in confusion) when the rod is lifted and especially a force is required to lift the rod. SOLUTION: A strike can precisely be obtained simply by lightly pulling a string in a moment when a fish tugs at a fishing line by working of a spring and a long and heavy rod can easily be lifted. Since the rod without being made of a carbon rod is sufficiently used, the rod is related even to a reduction in expenditures of an angler.
