PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner from clogging when toner is supplied to a toner container. SOLUTION: Toner is supplied under rotation of an auger 340 within a conduit 336. A shape of a nozzle 334 is designed such that a pressure of the toner becomes the most suitable one in response to a pitch or the number of rotation of the auger 340. The nozzle 334 is porous and an interface layer 332 is formed with air at an inner surface of the nozzle 334 with supplying of air from the compressed air supplying source 364 so as to prevent the powder from being adhered to it.
