PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head constituted so as to easily and certainly ensure the correspondence of the head equipped with a plurality of nozzles with the injection characteristic data at every nozzle of the head without bringing about the complication of work even if the head is replaced while suppressing the complication and scaling-up of a device constitution, in a liquid injection device equipped with a plurality of the nozzles and independently controlling the driving of the nozzles based on the injection characteristic data at every nozzle, and the liquid injection device. SOLUTION: A drive substrate 12, on which a circuit for driving an actuator 9 on the basis of the injection characteristic data at every nozzle, is loaded with an RFIC control part 17 for reading and writing an RFIC memory 10. The RFIC memory 10 which stores the injection characteristic data at every nozzle is attached to the liquid injection head 8 separated from the drive substrate 12 by connectors 11a and 11b to be replaced. By this constitution, the liquid injection head 8 and the injection characteristic data are controlled in an integrally indivisible manner and the injection characteristic data corresponding to the head 8 is supplied to the drive circuit simply and certainly.
