PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the assembling performance of a magnet motor while reducing armature reaction and enhancing the cooling performance of the magnet motor. SOLUTION: A stator 23 is arranged concentrically to a rotor 21. A pair of yokes 25 are arranged oppositely while spacing apart the respective ends from each other on the outside of the stator 23 to avoid the magnetic pole 23a. The stator 23 and the yoke 25 are held by means of a pair of holders 27 from the opposite sides in the central axis direction of the rotor 21 such that the magnetic pole 23a is exposed to the outside.
