摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a binder for forming glass fiber heat insulating materials is provide to prevent fracture of a cutting blade while satisfying adhesion and strength-reinforcing performance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a binder for forming glass fiber heat insulating materials comprises a step of obtaining a first mixture by mixing water and yellow soil; a step of obtaining a premixture by mixing bentonite and the first mixture; a step of obtaining a tackifier aqueous solution by dissolving cellulose-based aqueous powder in water; a step of obtaining an acrylic adhesive by conducting reaction of acrylic acid and potassium persulphate; and a step of manufacturing a binder by mixing the premixture, tackifier aqueous solution, and acrylic adhesive into water to obtain a binder. The premixture comprises 96-99 wt% of the first mixture and 1-4wt% of the bentonite. The first mixture comprises 80-85wt% of water and 15-20wt% of yellow soil. The acrylic adhesive comprises 86-94 wt%of water, 5.5-12.5wt% of acrylic acid, and 0.5-1.5wt% of potassium persulphate. The binder comprises 58-83 wt% of water, 2-10wt% of the premixture, 10-20wt% of the tackifier aqueous solution, and 5-12wt% of the acrylic adhesive.</p>
