PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electronic coupons from being used exceeding a limit number thereof even when identical electronic coupons are provided for a plurality of terminal devices used by one user.SOLUTION: A storage control part 111 of an ASP server 10 performs control to associate and write a user ID and coupon write information in a use management table 133. An update control part 112 performs control to update the coupon write information stored in the use management table 133 into coupon write information reported from a terminal device 20 when an electronic coupon is provided when the reported coupon write information does not match the stored coupon write information. An output part 115 outputs a signal allowing an electronic coupon to be used by the terminal device 20 when the coupon write information reported from the terminal device 20 matches the coupon write information stored in the use management table 133. |
