PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing 5-(2,6-di-4-morpholinyl-4-pyrimidinyl)-4-trifluoromethylpyridin-2-amine (5) and a salt thereof (5a), which has phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibiting properties and is effective particularly in prevention or treatment of proliferative diseases.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a method of: obtaining the compound 5 by reacting, under a condition of the Suzuki coupling, a compound 4a obtained by bromination of a compound 4b with a compound 4 obtained by making boronic ester after introducing two morpholino groups to 2,4,6-trichloropyrimidine, for example; and then forming a salt thereof to obtain 5a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
