According to an embodiment of the present invention, a movable safety barrier comprises: a drive unit to operate a vehicle; a protection unit which is coupled to a rear surface of the drive unit and varies a length and a width thereof for the safety of a worker; and a sign unit which is provided at a rear surface of the protection unit to warn and display information for an approaching vehicle for an early recognition, thereby preventing and protecting a vehicle driver from a crash.
