A method for the determination of content of carbon of organic substance of humus in soil includes previous investigation of soil on content of organic substance of plant residues, sampling middle sample with its separation into two parts one of which is investigated on content of organic substance of plant residues with wet method, without previous milling, with washing on sieve, and the other on content of organic substance after milling on mechanical mill, with calculation of content of organic substance of humus. |
