PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device reducing the manufacturing cost, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A storage device includes a conductive member, a laminate provided on the conductive member, where a plurality of first wirings are laminated whiled spaced apart from each other, a memory cell provided in the laminate, a contact plug connecting the first wiring and the upper surface of the conductive member, and an insulation member. The contact plug has a first portion connected with the first wiring, out of the upper part and lower part of the contact plug, and a second portion connected with the conductive member, out of the lower part of the contact plug.
