PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that can quickly perform facsimile cooperation in the case where an image formation device without a facsimile communication function facsimile-transmits in cooperation with an image formation device with a facsimile communication function connected via a network, although in the prior art, it is determined whether cooperation is possible or not only on the basis that an image formation device on the network has a facsimile communication function or not, and if the cooperation destination starts to be used, execution of facsimile cooperation is delayed.SOLUTION: An image processing device checks brightness of the periphery of an image processing device with a facsimile communication function, considers an image processing device brightness of which is below a prescribed value as a facsimile cooperation destination, and thus, selects an image processing device in a state in which its possibility to be used is low is selected as the cooperation destination. Thus, the degree of circumventing delay in execution of facsimile cooperation is increased. |
