The present invention provides a backlight assembly. The backlight assembly includes: a light source; a circuit board on which the light source is disposed; a light guide plate having light emitted from the light source incident to one side thereof to having the light exit from the other side; a bottom case receiving the light guide plate; and a fixing frame coupled to the bottom case and fixing the circuit board. The fixing frame includes: a first fixing frame in which the circuit board is disposed; and a second fixing frame connected to the first fixing frame, and disposed on a bottom surface of the bottom case.
