Composite material comprises high water-soluble calcium salts, where the calcium salts in the form of single crystallite or particle and majority of the calcium salts are crystallite form with an average particle diameter of less than 1000 nm, preferably 300 nm; and ampholytic polymer component, which exhibits an isoelectric point of 5-7.4. Independent claims are included for: (1) a procedure for the preparation of the composite material comprising precipitating aqueous solution of water-soluble calcium salt and aqueous solution of water-soluble phosphate- and/or fluoride salt in the presence of polymer component; (2) a mouth-, dental care and -cleaning agent with a content of composite material; (3) a sweet comprising a content of composite material; and (4) a composite for the induction or promotion of new formation of bone fabric with the composite material.
