PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock control device which eliminates wasteful action, and particularly reduces power consumption of a portable machine (remote control). SOLUTION: The door lock control device is formed of: an RF transmitting antenna 3, an LF receiving antenna 4, and a keyless remote control section 2 of the portable machine, and an RF receiving antenna 5, an LF transmitting antenna 6, and a keyless controller 7 of an on-vehicle device, the portable machine and the on-vehicle device carrying out two-way communication; a crew detecting sensor 15 for detecting a crew in a vehicle; a means provided for the on-vehicle keyless controller, for adding information indicative of detection of the crew to information to be transmitted to the portable machine; and a means provided for the portable machine and carried out by a microcomputer 21 of the portable machine upon reception of the information indicative of the detection of the crew, so as to inhibit transmission of information to the vehicle, with respect to switch operation of the portable machine.
