A remote support system for manless sale and a remote support method thereof are provided to check various evidence data and identification card by connecting to a remote support server for manless sale and issue the ticket suitable for the evidence data, so that users can use the various evidence data in an auto vending machine and accordingly efficiency of the auto vending machine can be improved. A remote support server(11) for manless sale has a user database and is interworked with a helper terminal(12) and an auto vending machine(2). The auto vending machine is connected with the helper terminal and the remote support server for manless sale, and issues tickets by using evidence data of a user. The auto vending machine comprises the followings: a unit for automatically inputting and transmitting the user's evidence data to the helper terminal in order to issue a ticket suitable for the evidence data; a unit which confirms whether the evidence data, transmitted to the helper terminal, is legitimate or not and if so, inputs information about the evidence data in the helper terminal; a unit for enabling a user to pay the ticket, suitable for the evidence data, in the auto vending machine if a helper inputs the information about the evidence data in the helper terminal; and a unit(7) for printing the paid ticket. |
