<p>PURPOSE: A remote control system and a control method thereof are provided for users to control a robot without additional devices as a robot arm follows the motion of user hands. CONSTITUTION: A remote control system comprises a slave robot and a master console (10). The slave robot comprises a robot arm (23). The master console senses the gesture of users, and controls the slave robot so that the robot moves according to the gesture of users.
