FIELD: wood working industry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to woodworking, particularly to production of panels from wood fibres and binder. First layer from the first mixture based on powder containing wood fibres and heat-curing binder are applied onto core. Liquid substance is applied to first mixture on powder basis. First mixture on powder basis drying is performed. Core is turned over with dried first mixture on powder basis so that first mixture on powder basis is directed downward. Second layer is applied onto upper part of core. First and second layers are hardened by heat supply and pressure. First layer forms balancing and/or protective layer. Second layer forms decorative surface layer in construction panel. Separate and continuous balancing and/or protective layer contains powdered mixture of connected fibres and non-hardened heat-curing binder.EFFECT: higher strength and water-resistance of panels.24 cl, 12 dwg |
