PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure of a cab-over vehicle which inhibits water immersion in an air intake duct and inhibits vibration of a back panel forming a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: A vehicle structure of a cab-over vehicle 100 includes: a back panel 111 forming a vehicle cabin 110 provided above an engine; and a load-carrying platform 120 disposed at the rear side of the back panel 111. The vehicle structure includes: an air intake duct 10 which extends upward from the lower side of the back panel 111 so that an intake port 11 of outer air introduced into the engine is positioned above the load-carrying platform 120; and a bracket 20 which fixes the air intake duct 10 to the back panel 111 in an area other than a node of vibration occurring in the back panel 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
