USER TERMINAL, RADIO BASE STATION, AND RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in uplink throughput when a user terminal connects with a plurality of radio base stations.SOLUTION: A user terminal 20 includes: a transmission unit that communicates using a first cell group (CG) and a second CG, and transmits a plurality of types of uplink signals by each CG; and a control unit that performs control so that power is allocated to a prescribed type of uplink signal transmitted by the first CG preferentially to the prescribed type of uplink signal transmitted by the second CG. The transmission unit transmits user terminal capability information representing whether to support asynchronous dual connectivity or not to a radio base station. When the user terminal supports asynchronous dual connectivity and receives prescribed signaling from the radio base station, the control unit performs control so as not to change power of a signal in transmission in the middle of a sub-frame at the sub-frame of each CG, and controls transmission power in consideration of uplink signal transmission power of a sub-frame of the other CG overlapping with the sub-frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
